Terms & Conditions: Items purchased directly from chinachicgifts can be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange if:

Missing, damaged or incorrect merchandise. Please check immediately after receiving your order. We always do our best to deliver your order in an efficient manner and work hard to ensure that your order is intact. If you unfortunately discover that your order is missing, incorrect or damaged, please contact us immediately. Functional failure or serious product quality issues. 30-Day Return and Exchange Policy: If you are not satisfied or dissatisfied with an item within 30 days of receipt, you may return the item for a refund or exchange, provided that the item must be in the same condition you received it. Items must be returned in the same condition as received. If the item shows evidence of installation or user abuse, or is not in resalable condition when returned, the user will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. If you wish to issue a refund or exchange, you will be responsible for return postage.
Any merchandise that is damaged or has parts missing due to customer abuse or due to customer tampering cannot be returned or refunded. Before returning an item, please make sure you contact our service team, this helps us ensure your return is received safely and promptly. If you do not notify us of your return, we will not be responsible for loss of stock and/or damage caused during shipping due to negligence. For warranty claims not related to quality, the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs.

We will confirm that the packaging is unopened and provide the customer with a return address.
The customer then sends the package and equipment back. Customers must provide tracking numbers for their deliveries.
Our processing center will confirm that there are no issues with the return.
Refunds will be processed.

Customers may cancel orders before the goods are delivered.
