Track your order Your package tracking is trackable online. After your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with an online tracking number and link. The tracking number will be valid for 48 hours after receiving the email. During the holiday season, orders with standard shipping will not be trackable when they arrive in the United States. This is because the US Postal Service website will no longer update information about the shipped package.

Wrong or Defective Items If you find that the item is defective or received the wrong item, please let us know immediately through our team.
